How to play

Hold anywhere in the play area: launch speed climbs and the shot arc grows. Watch the bright endpoint marker, which shows where the ball will first hit the rim, board, or floor — or where a clear flight crosses rim height. Release to launch one ball at a fixed 52-degree elevation. You have 8 seconds per shot; a miss or an expired clock is one failure, and three failures end the run. After a miss, use the direction label and the displayed successful path to adjust your next hold.

Controls

  • Tap / Click: hold to charge, release to shoot one ball
  • Space: hold to charge, release to shoot (desktop)
  • Top-right buttons: pause or mute

Tips

  • Release slightly before the endpoint marker looks centered on the rim — it keeps moving while you react.
  • Trust the endpoint marker over the drawn line; later levels shorten the line after its apex, but the marker always shows the true target.
  • Bank shots depend on real board rebounds the preview never shows, so direct crossings are safer when protecting a streak.
  • From level 3, read the LEFT, CENTRE, or RIGHT sway label and wait for the aim to swing back if the marker drifts wide — but mind the 8-second clock.
  • A miss shows SHORT, LONG, LEFT, or RIGHT plus a verified successful path for that shot; compare it to yours before charging the next ball.

About Maple Release

Score as many free throws as you can. Each possession gives you one ball and an eight-second shot clock. A make pays 100 points, 50 more for a clean swish, plus a bonus that grows with your streak. A missed shot or an expired clock adds one failure, and the third failure ends the run. There is no final win — just a rising score to chase, with your best result saved between sessions.
