Streak Brawl
A top-down arena brawl against ten CPU fighters, each with its own personality. Chain knockouts without going down and hold the best streak.
How to play
Press START or tap anywhere on the title screen. Move around the arena, attack fighters to knock them out and pick up hearts and weapons. Each knockout raises your streak; being knocked out resets it to zero and you respawn a moment later. Dash through attacks, since you are invulnerable while dashing, and hold attack to charge a wide spin. The match lasts three minutes and the best streak wins.
Controls
- Move: WASD or arrow keys; on phones, drag on the left half of the screen
- Attack: J, Z, Space or left click (ATTACK button on phones); hold to charge a spin
- Dash (invulnerable): K, X, Shift or middle click (DASH button on phones)
- Use item: L, E, C or right click (ITEM button on phones)
- Aim with the mouse; on phones attacks go the way you run
- Pause: Esc or P, or the pause button at the top right
Tips
- Dash through a charged spin instead of backing away from it.
- Grab hearts before you re-engage: a long streak is worth more than one quick knockout.
- The fighter wearing the crown leads the match; ending their streak is worth the risk.
- Ranged weapons are strongest while fighters are busy trading blows with each other.
About Streak Brawl
Streak Brawl drops you into a pixel-art arena with ten CPU fighters, and everyone is an enemy. Your score is your streak: every knockout adds one, and going down resets it to zero. The live leaderboard ranks all eleven fighters by their current streak, so the lead can change in an instant. After three minutes, the best streak of the match wins.
Every fighter uses the same moves you do: a three-hit sword combo, a charged spin attack, an invulnerable dash and ranged weapons found on the field, from bows and bombs to boomerangs, flame and frost staffs and a bouncing chakram. Hearts heal you, a rare spirit flame restores you completely. Each CPU has its own style: some charge in, some hunt the leader, some wait for the wounded, some run to heal and come back. Read them, bait them, dodge through their swings and pick the right moment to strike.
