How to play

Tap or press Space once when the green lamp lights to launch — tapping while amber is lit forfeits the heat instantly. After launch, tap once in each of the four displayed rev bands to shift. Shifting early in a band is safe; shifting near its late edge gives a bigger speed pulse and more points. Shift too early or too late and the engine bogs. The pace board shows the CPU's finish time and split marks before each run, so read it and plan your risk.

Controls

• Tap / Click: launch on green or shift inside the current rev band
• Space: launch or shift (fresh press only)
• Pause / Mute buttons: separate top-right buttons
• Enter: start or restart

Tips

• Watch the lamp itself and tap about a quarter second after green for the +100 launch bonus.
• Aim about 0.03 rev before each band's late edge — the pulse is nearly maximum without over-revving.
• When the CPU's split profile shows a fast start, bank earlier shifts instead of risking bogs.
• Four rapid taps before the first band just bog the engine and leave you in gear 1.
• Each heat has a new band order, so read the gauge every run instead of memorizing a rhythm.
