Pressure Grid
Memorize a hidden block layout, then hold column valves to keep a wobbling steam tower balanced.
How to play
Watch the preview and memorize which columns hold heavy blocks. Then hold one of the five column buttons to pressurize it — blocks rise and the tower's center of mass shifts toward that column. Heavy columns push harder. Switch columns to counter gusts (pink chevrons warn you 0.4 seconds ahead), release near center to avoid overshoot, and survive the full 20 seconds. From level 3, watch for sticky valves that deliver only half pressure.
Controls
- Hold a column button (or keys 1-5 / A S D F G): pressurize that column
- Release or slide to another button: switch pressure
- Space / Enter: start or restart
- P or pause button: pause
Tips
- During the preview, note which columns contain dark heavy blocks — they give the strongest correction.
- When a pink chevron appears, hold the column on the opposite side before the gust lands.
- Release pressure as the center of mass nears center to avoid overshooting the balance zone.
- From level 3, test columns early — a dimmer glow means a sticky valve with half pressure.
- Doing nothing always loses: gusts push the tower off the grid within about 8-14 seconds.
About Pressure Grid
Pressure Grid is a memory-and-balance survival game. Each 20-second level starts with a short preview of a 5x8 grid of blocks — dark blocks are heavy, pale ones are light. Then the layout hides and gusts start pushing the tower's center of mass sideways. Your job: keep that center of mass inside the amber balance zone and the tilt under 25 degrees until the timer runs out. Idle for a few seconds and the tower drifts off the grid — game over. Clearing a level earns a bonus and starts a faster, gustier level with a new hidden layout.
