Split Rain
Slide your cup under the falling rain, catch drops to build your combo, and grab both halves when a drop splits in mid-air.
How to play
Drag your finger or move the mouse (button held) to slide the cup directly, or hold A/D or the Left/Right arrow keys to move it at a fixed speed. Catch drops before they land. From 30 seconds in, some drops wobble for half a second and then split into two halves that drift apart — one keeps the original speed, the other falls at 65% speed, so they land at different spots. Catch both for a +30 bonus. From 45 seconds, golden drops appear and are worth +50. Every 10 catches the cup overflows for a +100 bonus.
Controls
- Tap / Click & drag: move the cup to the pointer's x position
- A / D or Left / Right arrows: move the cup left and right
- Space / Enter: start the game or restart after game over
- P or Esc (or the pause button): pause and resume
Tips
- Plan your path between landings — spawns are spaced so every drop is reachable at keyboard speed if you start moving early.
- When a drop wobbles, get to its split point early; the halves land at different times, so catch the first, then sprint to the second.
- Chain catches without missing: a long combo multiplies every catch, and one miss wipes it.
- Golden drops are worth +50 on top of your combo points — never skip one.
About Split Rain
Rain falls from the top of the screen and you control a single cup at the bottom. Move it under each drop to catch it — every catch is worth 10 times your current combo, and the combo resets the moment a drop hits the ground. Three misses and the run is over, so you have to keep the cup moving as the rain speeds up over 90 seconds from a relaxed 2.4-second fall to a frantic 0.9-second drop with spawns crowding in as well.
