Herd Count
Watch a pastel herd stampede past a fence, tag animals to track them, then guess how many targets crossed.
How to play
Each stage names the target animal, usually rabbits (and leaping goats later on). Tap animals during the flow to stick a tally dot on them as a memory aid. When the number pad appears, tap your guess within 5 seconds. Only animals that fully cross the fence count: reversers turn back and never count, deer and hares are distractors, and goats count even though their tag pops off mid-jump. Wrong or missing answers cost a heart; lose all three and the run ends.
Controls
- Tap / Click an animal: stick a tally dot on it
- Tap / Click a number on the pad: submit your count
- P or pause button: pause and resume
- Space / Enter: start or restart
Tips
- Tag animals as they spawn, not as they exit — later stages move fast.
- Watch reversers closely: you'll see them twice, but they add zero to the count.
- Don't rely on dots on goats; their tags pop off when they leap the fence.
- Tell hares from rabbits by the dark coat and white tail — hares never count.
- Chain correct answers to grow your combo bonus.
About Herd Count
Herd Guess is a counting game under pressure. Critters run across three lanes above a wooden fence, and at the end of each 12-second round you must submit the exact number of target animals that crossed. Score points, build a combo, and keep your three hearts intact as stages get faster and busier forever.
