How to play

Hold Z or Space for GAS and X or Shift for BOOST. Up and Down change lanes. In the air, Left raises the front wheel and Right lowers it; match the slope before touching down. Release GAS and BOOST during a jump to level the wheels and descend gently. Holding a lean keeps manual control. Boost heats the engine, so release it to cool down. Avoid mud and other riders. Five crashes, an idle engine for 13 seconds or the 1:20 race limit end the run. On touch screens, hold the GAS and BOOST buttons, tap the lane arrows and hold BACK or FRONT to balance. You can also hold the track to accelerate and drag vertically to change lanes. P, Escape or the pause button freezes the race.

Controls

  • Hold Z / Space or GAS: accelerate; release GAS and BOOST in the air for a softer landing
  • Hold X / Shift or BOOST: faster acceleration, heats the engine
  • Up / Down or lane arrows: change lane
  • Left / BACK: raise front wheel; Right / FRONT: lower front wheel in the air
  • Hold the track: gas; drag vertically: change lane
  • P / Escape or pause button: pause; SOUND: toggle audio

Tips

  • Release boost before the heat bar fills. An overheated engine loses speed until it cools.
  • Release both GAS and BOOST after takeoff for a softer landing. Hold BACK or FRONT when you want to control the angle yourself.
  • Change to a clear lane before mud or another rider gets close.
  • Clean landings earn 120 points. A faster finish and better rank add a bonus.

About Coppercrest MX

An original arcade motocross game with hand-drawn pixel bikes and scrolling valley, sunset and night scenery. Ride four dirt lanes against three rivals over ramps, rolling humps and muddy patches. Hold gas for steady acceleration, use boost for extra speed and release boost before the engine overheats. All four bikes begin on the same start line. Release gas and boost in the air to level the wheels and soften the descent, or hold a lean to control the angle yourself: a clean jump earns 120 points, while a bad landing or contact with another rider causes a crash and a brief recovery. Finish within 1:20 and stay below five crashes. Choose an easy valley, medium ridge or hard night starting track, then continue through six original courses. Finish rank, time and clean jumps determine your result.
